Terms & Conditions – Healing Spa Hyderabad (Home & Mobile Services Only)

1. Our Services

Healing Spa Hyderabad provides professional mobile massage and wellness services at customer locations, including homes, offices, hotels, events, and weddings. We offer only Head and Foot Massage services at events, hotels, offices, and weddings. All other services are provided strictly at home locations.

2. Appointment & Booking Policy

• All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, website, or email.
• Confirmation is subject to therapist availability and service area coverage.
• Same-day appointments are subject to availability.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is accepted via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash upon service completion.
• For corporate, hotel, or event bookings, advance payment or a deposit may be required to confirm the booking.
• Prices mentioned are exclusive of any applicable taxes or additional travel charges outside standard service areas.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

For events or bulk bookings, deposits are non-refundable if canceled less than 7 days prior.

5. Service Area

We provide home-based and mobile massage services exclusively within Hyderabad city limits. Outstation requests are not accepted.

6. Health & Safety

• Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy prior to the appointment.
• Healing Spa reserves the right to refuse service if the client is found to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or displaying inappropriate behavior.
• Our therapists follow strict hygiene protocols and expect the service area provided by the client to be clean and safe.

7. Liability

• Healing Spa is not responsible for any pre-existing health conditions or injuries that are aggravated by massage.
• Clients agree to receive treatments at their own risk after disclosing all relevant health information.
• We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.).

8. Code of Conduct

• We provide only professional, non-medical therapeutic services. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services, and payment will be forfeited.
• Clients must respect the privacy and professionalism of our therapists.
  

9. Changes to Terms

Healing Spa Hyderabad reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are advised to review them periodically.
